One area that could be improved is it looked like there was a little bit of mold growing in the corners of the shower. But it wasn’t bad and could probably be taken care of pretty easily. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any requests I had. The location is also very conveniently located within a five minute walk to a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. "The staff at the hotel are lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We booked a junior suite and yes the room is large and had some welcome snacks for us on arrival the bathroom area was tired. There was one dressing gown and other small bits that let the hotel down. We had an awful trouble with the hotel arranging a transfer from the airport with persistent messages tbat it must be paid up front in to their bank. It all just became stressful and we felt like crimials over a £7 taxi ride. "
