"Easy booking and decent price. The hotel was clean overall. Our room was good but could've used a slight update as the shower lever and spout was peeling and the plastic shower curtain had a couple stains on it. The hotel was in a convenient location. We were charged for parking for the three days we stayed. But still needed transportation to get into the center of the city having to paying an additional amount for the hop on hop off trolley. Parking was ample and they had coffee and water in the morning. Breakfast was an additional charge but there is a Dennys right behind it and plenty of other nearby choices. Overall a good experience and we would stay there again."

"We checked in and the valet attendant was very rude, and disrespectful. The bridge was under construction, so we could not travel straight to downtown. There was nothing mentioned on their website, or any booking site. When we checked in the front desk was not concerned with our bad check-in. The hotel was nice. Good location. The breakfast was cold. The eggs and sausage were not even room temperature, and not much selection for anything else. We told the front desk that we were on our honeymoon and asked for a room with a good location and view. We had the worst view, a room that faced a wall. Very poor room selection. Probably would not come back."
