"I specifically chose this hotel for my daughters weekend because of their pool and hot tub. My friend and I each rented a room and no one from our group was able to go swimming because someone pooped in the pool on Saturday. The staff had hours before the pool closed (at 9pm) to clean it, but instead, they closed it down and reopened it the next day....the day we had to leave There was no refund or discount offered or applied to our stay for the inconvenience. This ruined my daughters birthday. So disappointing, I used to love this hotel."

"had a construction worker come to my window place a ladder and climb on the roof while my kids where starting to change after arriving back from a cheer competition. No notification from the hotel. They continued outside my window even after my closing my blinds so I reported it to the front desk who also called the owner who said the only thing they can do for us is say sorry because we booked through you. My children were exposed to grown men. This is not privacy or safety. Not to mention noise from neighbors at 12 and 3 am. Mold on lamps. Rude staff. "

"I booked a room at this hotel and ended up picking the wrong date tried to call to change the dates because I needed it for that night. Didn't receive a call back from either Expedia nor the hotel. So I had to eat the deposit because I was trying to change it"

"We wanted a quick get away..We chose this hotel for the pool, rate, and breakfast a mini 1 night vacation because we have a newborn and wanted a night away..breakfast lady was nice but stuff was cold at 6:30 ...and all 3 of us had stomach issues after eating..and to top off NO POOL...$100 kept for incidentals still not back on our card...no soap at sink..and we had diapers to change...the little things matter..prob. wont stay again..disappointed."
