In this home you’ll find the main upstairs bedroom with king size bed & balcony, and lower bedroom with queen size bed. Home includes a delightful kitchen with all the cooking essentials, and multiple smart TV's where you can sign into all your favorite apps.

Parking available for 2 cars. The lake is a 7 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the home. Whether picnicking, paddle boarding, swimming or fishing, you’ll enjoy the peace and quiet of beautiful Putnam Valley. [Please note in order to use paddle boards you will need to transport them by car or walking.]

Please note use of the lake and paddle boards is at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for any injuries that may come from use.

★ PET FEE★
One dog allowed for a fee of $50. Your dog must be:

✔ Over the age of 1 year old
✔ Under 50 pounds
✔ Housebroken and leash trained
✔ Not considered a "heavy shedder"
✔ Not an excessive barker

The yard is not entirely fenced in and dogs must ALWAYS be on a leash when outdoors. All pet waste must be disposed of properly in the outdoor trash bins. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you! Please note dogs are not allowed in Lake Oscawana per town rules.

★ SECURITY ★
For your safety and security there is a front doorbell camera and exterior back door camera. These cameras are activated upon motion and record video and audio.

★ CHILDREN ★
Please be aware we do not list the property as toddler or baby safe. Be sure to watch children carefully at all times, especially near the fireplace and staircases.
