Maro and his Dad, Tihomir, were very patient and understanding when our delayed flight caused a rather late evening arrival. Tihomir showed us where everything was whilst Maro acted as translator. "Zoran and his family tell us they dont normally get guests from the uk. Well it is well worth a visit. The villa is outstanding. With a car you can reach Split and Dubrovnik within an hour and a half. The hosts restaurant is the best in town. We all enjoyed the food there and were treated well by the staff. Duba beach is about a fifteen minute walk. A very picturesque location for a peaceful holiday"

"Villa Framar is perfectly located in a secluded and quiet bay near Lumbarda. The house is newly refurbished and matxhes exaclty the profile photos. Lovely garden provides substantial natural shade throughout the day and outdoor whirlpool provides for great cooling and massage. All the needed amenities are provided for and Mario is a great host, readily available in case of need. The house is very clean and is perfect for two couples or a family of four."

"Ivan and Antonije are such lovely hosts. They are so welcoming and hospitable. Truly wonderful people. The apartment has an incredible location, right on the water, which was fabulous in the summer weather. Its also right in lumbarda so very close to all the restaurants and amenities. The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!"

"Close to Korcula City (10 minute drive) and several wineries. Breakfast was provided as part of package. They serve full morning meal and it is not too bad. Not too many options for eating out in walking distance since Lumbarda is a very small village, but there is a big supermarket 5 minutes away. Good place to stay if you rent a car. One recommendation - buy your own tissue paper as it will not be there in the room (seems that’s a norm in other places in Adriatic islands as well, though)."
