Perfect location across the street from the Berchem train station and tram stop and adjacent to a super market. A rather upscale property for the Park Inn brand. I was in Leuven for a class and the hotel was in a nice quiet part of town. There are two drawbacks to this hotel, neither one would prevent me from staying there again: 1. The don't have a restaurant and room service is limited, although there breakfast Buffett is nice. 2. They don't supply hair conditioner. This appears to be a Belgian phenomenon, I have stayed in 4 different hotels in different cities in Belgium and neither of them provided hair conditioner.

Beautiful hotel near the Brussels Airport. We enjoyed an evening meal on their 8th floor, admiring the view. They seemed to be short staffed but handled the crowd with a smile. The room was extremely comfortable.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in this hotel. It was clean and quiet. They had flavored water in the lobby, which was nice. They give beverage vouchers if you forgo cleaning your room. Which we did half of the time we stayed. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The hotel is across the street from Antwerpen-Centraal station, which was convenient for us. Staff was professional, helpful& friendly. Room was modern, clean, spacious with great bed & linens. Breakfast included has wide variety of healthy foods incl. cappucino machine :) Airport shuttle is a bit inconvenient. It has limited hours. Also, going to airport, shuttle does not stop at hotel entrance. You will need to walk partly around the building & wait at another curb. It was cold & raining, & since i was traveling from from a hot place(Egypt) I was not carrying an umbrella or rain...

This property is located in the perfect location for tourists , close to old town, bus station and train station. Breakfast has very good variety and staff are very friendly. We enjoyed stay there .

Clean, spacious room. Good airport shuttle. The area surrounding the hotel is pretty industrial and not for walking around. Good for an overnight stay while catching a flight next day

Great location, clean, good value for the money, professional & helpful staff. My only critique is that the coffee & tea are awful, just awful. Because of that, I don’t think the breakfast is worth the expense, I ended up buying coffee out. Despite that, I would stay at the property again and can recommend it.
