"Room: I stayed in Rustic Lux room on top foor. it has good view of tree and the whole resort from top. has great balcony to enjoy. room size is adequate. fridge is there and ample space for luggage Resturant/Food: We opted for Breakfast and Dinner to be included in our package. They have good spread of veg and non veg. Desserts are great. Buffet Food is generally on less spicy side. In lunch, we order ala carte and it's taste is better than buffet. service: It is a bit slow as compared to other good hotels in Bangalore but considering the hotel is situated in sakleshpur, it is not bad Amenities: Resort has lot of amenities and specifily for kids. it has a water part, duck and fish feeding twice in a day, indoor games like foosball, TT. it has bycycle. swimming pool etc."

"Amazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing . Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain."

"Heritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm. "

"This was a family get together of people from different cities. The property is beautiful and runs along backwaters. It offers many activities, though monsoons restricted our water sports. Our accommodation was spacious and well appointed. The head chef made us delicious custom meals and their buffet offerings are extensive and superb. Maintenance and service was impeccable. Overall excellent hotel."

"AC and WiFi connection was not working during check-In. AC got repaired by Evening and got Wi-Fi comnection next day morning. Property is in good condition and swimming pool is also maintained."

"Wonderfully built with lots of spaces to relax and chill.Pool,backwaters and beach are accessible and lots of activities are offered.They have a great spa and fitness centre but hardly anyone was using it.Evening tea by the poolside was very well laid out and plentiful.Food was good with plenty of choices.Very plush villa we stayed in which had a plunge pool and swing and indoor and outdoor showers.Our only issue was that they really discourage swimming in the sea which we were looking forward to and thought we could have."
