"Das Zimmer war angenehm. Es gab ein Fliegengitter.
Die Flure waren dreckig und sind erst nach drei Tagen gesaugt worden. Kann ich in so einem Hotel nicht verstehen.
Im SPA waren die Handtücher permanent aufgebraucht und man musste immer zur Rezeption gehen. Das hat mich gestört.
Insgesamt wurden am Pool die leeren Gläser nicht oft weggeräumt. Schade, da der Poolbereich sehr schön gestaltet wurde."

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...
