"The room was handicapped accessible which I appreciated, but the bed was a bit too high and hard to get into. Breakfast was OK but not great. I would have liked some tea or hot cocoa pods in the room-they had coffee only. I would have liked a plastic bag to get ice instead of having to carry the ice bucket."
