This newly built, luxurious 3-bedroom cottage has spectacular sea views and contemporary coastal interiors; that create a calm, light and restful spot in which to truly unwind.

A small road allows for guest drop-offs at the front door (ramp access), before private parking adjacent to the entrance, making the immediate environment peaceful and safe for little ones to roam.

Equipped with a fully fitted open plan, kitchen/diner and lounge; that leads through a patio door and onto your deck, where you are greeted with a beautiful open meadow and the sea beyond.

The property has three modern bedrooms & bathrooms, located as follows:

Ground Floor: A king-size zip and link bed. With a separate bathroom available on the ground floor, complete with a walk-in shower and separate bath.

Upstairs: Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and sea views, with the master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a king-size zip/link bed.
