Main House - Sleeps 9, 4 bedrooms

Kitchen
The main house is spread over three floors, inviting you in via a contemporary galley kitchen. Readily equipped for all your culinary needs, the kitchen features a range-style oven, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, kettle and microwave.
Sitting Room
Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious living room boasts a large log burner set within a stunning stone fireplace, a wall-mounted smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
Dining Room
The dining room is a beautiful, light-filled space with a generous wooden dining table and a combination of chairs and benches - whether you're planning a games night or a big birthday celebration, this is a space where everyone can gather.
Cloak Room
Leading off the living room, a discreet cloakroom provides a convenient downstairs WC and basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1
On the first floor, a spacious king bedroom boasts a TV, a complete oak furniture set and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a separate bath, WC and basin. The bathtub even offers stunning sea views over rolling green countryside.
Bedroom 2
Also on the first floor, a compact double bedroom features relaxing countryside views and a cloakroom over the landing.
Cloak Room
Perfect for those in the double bedroom, a small cloakroom off the landing features a WC and basin.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3
At the top of the house, a spacious family room with a king-size bed and a single bed features dual aspect windows with countryside views. There is also a trundle bed under the single bed that can be used with prior arrangements, as well as a wooden cot.
Bedroom 4
A charming twin room with two single beds, bedroom four features a dressing table and nightstand.
Shower Room
Just off the second-floor landing, a stand-alone shower room sits next to the WC.
Toilet
Compact and convenient, the second-floor WC features a loo and basin.
The Barn - Sleeps 8, 1.5 bedrooms
Ground floor
Kitchen
A great space for large families or friend groups, the Big Barn welcomes you straight into a modern kitchen complete with air fryer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer and a small 2-ring hob.
Living Room
Through the kitchen, a comfortable living space offers an L-shaped recliner sofa, a second sofa, a large freestanding log burner, a Smart TV and a dining table.
First Floor
Upstairs, you'll find a large family bedroom space, with two double beds in the first room, then a third double bed and two single beds in the second room. A spacious en-suite with a shower, WC and basin is accessed through the second bedroom.
The Games Room and Annex - Sleeps 3, 1 bedroom
Games Room
As if having the beach, golf club and lots more on your doorstep wasn't enough, you've also got the Small Barn complete with a games room and further accommodation for three. In the games room area, you'll find a log burner, pool table, small air hockey table, table football and Smart TV.
Bedroom
Through the door behind the pool table, there is an additional family bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and an ensuite shower room with WC and a basin. There is also a trundle bed under the single bed that can be used with prior arrangement.
Outside
There are several outdoor spaces to enjoy at Goleufryn, making it a great choice for both spreading out and getting together. The main house has an outdoor dining space complete with a covered outdoor kitchen, large charcoal BBQ and some sun loungers.
Next to the Big Barn is a large raised decking with views across the countryside onto the sea - sunrises are sensational here, as you can watch the sun come up over the sea with Snowdonia in the far distance. Under the decking is a storage space, which is filled with useful beach accessories, such s a beach trolley, games, wind breaks and chairs.
Finally, tucked into a charming corner outside the Small Barn/ Games Room, there are several plastic Adirondack chairs around a fire pit - the ultimate spot for stargazing.
The Local Area
Situated on the southern side of North Wales' Llyn Peninsula, Abersoch marks the spot where quaint fishing villages and sandy surf towns meet. A high-end holidaymaking hub of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, it's also home to beautiful beaches, watersports on tap and a links-parkland golf course with inspiring ocean and mountain views.
Often referred to as The Welsh Riviera, Abersoch has an internationally recognised sailing scene and is within easy reach of other charming villages and communities along the Llyn, such as Aberdaron, Llanbedrog and Criccieth. If you're holidaying as friends looking for fun or bringing little ones in tow, be sure to try your hand at coasteering to get better acquainted with the waters, or head to the nearby Glasfryn Parc for go-karting, wakeboarding and an inflatable water course.
