"This is such a good place to stay. Its proximity to the market, the US airbase, local shopping for everyday essentials is very good. The transport in the area is also not bad. "Great hotel for families, their pool is different from other Korean Hotels where adults mostly swim laps. They actually have a kid friendly dedicated pool. Mall located below hotel with different places to eat. few kids places to visit play and spend time. Also a 24/7 convenience store which when closed, you need a korean check card (debit card) to access the store scan items yourself and pay."

"집 공사로 인해 하루 숙박할 곳이 필요하여 묵었습니다. 다른 지역에 있는 신라스테이에 숙박했을 때도 매우 만족스러웠는데, 천안 신라스테이도 역시 좋네요. 조식도 맛있었고, 중식은 50% 할인 혜택이 있어 이용해봤는데, 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않아 조용하게 쉴 수 있었던 점도 인상 깊었어요. 객실 상태도 매우 청결했고, 3시 체크아웃이 가능해서 여유롭게 일을 하면서 쉬다가 체크아웃할 수 있어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 지인이 천안에 머물거나 또 숙박할 곳이 필요하다면 적극 추천하겠습니다."

"Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member."
