"This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. "I put a 5 in location due to being exactely where it says it is, with that said it is not central but walking distance from Kapparis, which in my opinion has some of the best restaurants on the east coast anyway. There is a lamp on the outside connected to a motion sensor which is turning itself on all night. The pool was a bit dusty from the the air and rain and it was also low on water, these things were fixed 2 days after check in, we stayed a total of 6 days. We got new towels immidiately...

"Great location, the villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. One of the best we have stayed in (we use Vrbo every year). Directions to the villa were perfect, communication around check in was clear. The beds we very comfy, size of villa and patio etc perfect for 6 adults. We went in April so the pool was a little too cold (but so was the sea). My only suggestion would be a guest book where people can leave resturant recommendations etc, "
