"The stay was excellent and staff was very friendly. We stayed an extra day as we really loved the location of this hotel. Staff was amazing getting a room arranged and let us move our stuff in right away! Sophia was very helpful with her explanation upon arrival and was great during check out. "Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. It took 5 phone calls to get into the apartment. We were not sent any instructions. The building is a work site with builders sawing and hammering at 11.00pm. The building is full of smoke, despite there being signs on the wall saying it is a smoke free venue. The pillows, towels and bedding stinks of cigarette smoke. We both woke up sick with headaches as the smoke came under the door at night. My sleep apnea machine is now ruined as it is now...

"The room was great, very cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "

"Die Unterkunft war sauber, verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine und einen gut funktionierenden Kühlschrank und eine Klimanlage. Lediglich der Selbst-Check-in funktioniert nicht so wirklich, da man erwartet wird, aufgrund der noch zu zahlenden Kurtaxe. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt (Pins, Klimaanlage ect). Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fußläufig erreichbar, Bus und Metrostation sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar....

"The property was immaculate – newly renovated, with bathroom and kitchen fittings of high quality, excellent blackout curtains, an extremely comfortable bed, and plenty of room for one person (I could see a family of three staying here in great comfort actually).
