"Simple motel without all the frills but it was clean and the owner bent over backwards to do anything we needed. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area."

"Breakfast stops early at 9 so didn’t have any. Staff nice and accommodating. Bed really comfy pillows were just ok (small and soft). Only one night stand. Room kind of small. I would have rather had two night stands than chair in corner. Good room for price. Would return."

"This property was fantastic to stay at. It is centrally located to all things Meadville and very walkable. Communication from the facility was great and the check in/out process was easy. Private with ample parking and a pool. While the is no food served at the property, there is a credit to local restaurants for the "breakfast" portion of the stay and we just made our own in the beautiful kitchen on site. We have family in the area and are excited to find a place that we can stay at again."

"I would love to leave a stay review but we did not get that chance. Upon arrival- the lady said they didnt have our reservation and they were sold out for the weekend because we didnt call 24 hours ahead of time and prepay- it said nothing about that on expedia. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend. They offered us to stay friday night and to play it by ear on saturday which did not go over well for the rest of the family so we ended up leaving which ruined the 4th of july plans....
