"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had traveling. The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. Try to call the owner and they do not respond unless they are trying to contact you. They do not answers calls, text, whatsapp messages, emails, or...

"The apartment was a pleasant surprise for the price I paid, much more affordable and better than a lot of the other hotel options. It felt spacious and comfortable. It wasn’t ready unfortunately by check in time but the cleaning lady was very nice. Close to the m1 metro stop, about a 7 min walk. My only issue was that it was a little warm and the AC wasn’t the best."

"One of the bathrooms has a very strong moldy smell and there is visible black mold in certain areas. This is very unhealthy! The communication regarding how to retrieve the keys was unclear. While we could have been more aware, in many places, entering a code directly opens the door. The instructions could be clearer by explaining that the code is used to open the box with a beep sound, where the keys can be found inside. There was no laundry powder provided, and the kitchen paper towels were...
