"I had a wonderful stay at Tell Madaba Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city center and within walking distance of Madaba’s main attractions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Great value for the price, excellent service, and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba!"

"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring water was great. But if they just work on their service, it would be 5 stars. "

"Nice place on the Dead Sea with facilities appropriate to the location. The hotel's private beach is supervised with towels, parasols, mud baths and showers available. Lifeguard always present. There is a large swimming pool and solarium. Good restaurant. Good value for money."

" Property is being remodeled. Our room seems to be completely remodeled but needs bedside lamps,table to put luggage when opening instead of having to get all d way to floor. I used one of d chairs :) Also need bathroom caddy for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, none provided) The biggest frustration on this accommodation was the lacking of signage-only sign is on front/main door, once you get inside, ur lost! We went up d stairs carrying luggages only to find out our room is downstairs. A directory/map is a MUST. I informed management about it, hopefully, gets done ASAP. (apparently already had guests with same concerns) This property has many potential: it’s being remodeled-new, good price & management is friendly and accommodating. I would have given it 5 stars if not for mentioned issues."
