"I texted when we landed at the airport and was told to go to a restaurant. There they told me our apartment had issues and we would be in hotel rooms. We needed the washing machine and kitchen though. We were never notified of this change until we actually arrived to check in. The rooms were nice so no complaints to with then but we would have preferred to stay in the place we rented. My daughter has many food allergies so I bring her food to prepare and was not able to prepare that food."

Art Boutique Hotel Berat

10/10 Excellent

"Great location at end of promenade. Lovely boutique hotel with great personal service, anticipating my needs. Room very clean, beautifully designed and comfortable. Very generous breakfast included. Happily recommend!"

White City Hotel & Restaurant

10/10 Excellent

"Couldn’t ask for a better location! The room was good….a couple of minor problems…the plug for the hair dryer didn’t work, but we were able to go next door to an empty room to use one, and one of the bedside lights didn’t work. The climb up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t fun if you have mobility problems, but overall we were very satisfied, and having breakfast was a bonus😁"

Abi's Hotel & SPA Vlore

10/10 Excellent

"Check-in staff was helpful and outgoing. The night shift guy was not helpful when we tried informing him that our A/C in our room was not functioning correctly. He kept making excuses rather than moving us to another room and suggested we deal with it since we were only staying two nights. After being adamant about not staying another night in a hot room, we were provided another room which was upgraded and had a great AC unit. This was a nice gesture, just wish the hotel staff had been more considerate of our concerns initially. Otherwise, the hotel stay was great and in an amazing area. Check-out staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend to others!"

Hotel Vlora Priam, Affiliated By Meliá

8/10 Good

"The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area though the waves were a bit too powerful for me (might be the time of year)."

Hotel Regina Garden Vlore

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely place to stay - the staff were communicative and helpful, and our room was lovely. Some initial problems were taken care of promptly and they really have good advice about local places of interest as well. The location was perfect with lots to do nearby. We'd definitely stay there again"
