Shenzhen Huaqiang Plaza Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"What i did not like was some things in the room has to be paid for. So if one do not read where the items are located and use they might find themselves with a small bill."

Holiday Inn Express Shenzhen Futian Center by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and well maintained, as were the furnishings and amenities. The reception staff were friendly and professional. It was also easy to get a DiDi ride. With an elementary school and residential areas nearby, the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming."

IntercityHotel Shenzhen Huaqiang North

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room, simple, and several shopping malls nearby. The free laundry service is excellent, with 5 washers and dryers. Staff will deliver your clothes to your room when done, or neatly fold them into a laundry bag if they’re busy. The air conditioning automatically switches off when you press the cooler button, which I personally don’t really like, but it’s not a big issue. The shower tiles are not too slippery, and the toilet and shower are separated. The hair dryer is good, strong and not wall-mounted, not sure whether ionic hair dryer. Only got family mart nearby."

Shenzhen Lido Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Enjoyed the clean room, helpful staff and free self-serve laundry. Also liked the convenient location - steps to ShenZhen Metro, plenty of eateries around, and walking distance to the DongMen shopping street/area. It's a bit odd that our booking included 1 free buffet breakfast for two travelers, this may be intentional to get us to pay for a second breakfast which we did. The breakfast was good enough with a combination of Chinese and western options. So we started our days having breakfast at the second-floor restaurant watching the world going by. Overall it was a rather enjoyable stay. We were on a month-long trip through Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Shenzhen, and stayed at 10 different hotels. I would rate this one very high among the 10 but with the price at the bottom."
