"The best hotel we have ever booked. The price for what we got was exceptional. Our “room” was like a whole apartment, the bedroom, living room and bathroom were all separated compared to a lot of hotels we would stay at. Our stay that we paid for also came with the free breakfast buffet. The staff was also very friendly. We did takeout a couple times and a robot would come deliver to our room."

"Clean room. They advertise bar in the hotel, and all the time was closed. They advertised minibar in the room, and only water available. No english at all from any employees, one of the employees was rude all the time."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Checking in was smooth and the lobby was beautiful. We requested a non-smoking room, which we got, and they also provided the buckwheat pillows as previously requested. We also received a surprising complimentary welcome snacks, with herbal dessert later on the first day.
