"This is a very tranquil place to stay, nestled in beautiful hills with some very pleasant nearby towns--in particular, Sicignano degli Alburi. We attended a large family reunion in Sicignano, and Mariangela, our hostess at La Tavernola, was very accommodating, allowing a small family photo exhibit on the premises, while also catering a delicious snack ("an evening under the stars") to finish up the weekend. "L'Aia is a nice B&B (not Resort) with a very friendly owner (Vincenzo) that does everything to make the stay welcoming and relaxing. The room has a good size, and the exterior has beautiful views. The swimming pool is gorgeous, and the BBQ/Bar area is a plus. Internally, the shower does not have a consistent flow of hot water, with intermittent cold/hot flows. Hard to relax in the shower because of that. Towels are not changed daily unless asked. Toiletries given are minimal (lack of shampoo...

"Beautiful Agriturismo near Paestum. The food was amazing and wine selection extremely broad. Our meal was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The host was very nice and the room was comfortable. The grounds were amazing and the pool was out of this world gorgeous. Breakfast was served outside by the pool and substantial and featured the patron's local products.
