"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM ALERT! I checked out May 28th, and it is now July 23rd. I have not received my deposit back. I messaged the company directly prior to even staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, I had no other choice but to stay as I had already reserved the room. The company responded to my concern by blaming me for booking with them. They didn’t care about who received their deposits or not, and they could not answer why they need to hold deposits for so long after guests...
