Very long wait to check in, no one at desk. Once someone got there he did not speak...gave us keys pointed to note about wifi...when we came with our bags had to ask how to get to second floor...no elevator and no stairs in sight. Breakfast was very good and room was updated and very clean. Nice bath towels and pretty pool area.

The room I thought I chose was not the room I got, which didn't really bother me. Tge room was extremely hot when we got there and the temp was on 72. We had to turn down the a/c to 60 and it finally started feeling better on Saturday afternoon. The microwave in the room did not work. The back door didnt lock and the key cards had to be changed and then sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't. Overall it was nice and quiet. I would recommend putting ceiling fans in the 2nd floor rooms since heat rises.
