"It was a lovely apartment . The neighborhood was a bit sketchy ( trailers across the steeet from the house). Had to park our car in a church parking lot. We weren't able to see our vehicle from our windows. Bar across the street had outdoor live music until late. But otherwise, everything was very safe and lovely. Very convenient to restaurants, Great Smoky Mountain Railroad Depot. We'd stay again."

"This is a nice spot in the mountains of western NC with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Waynesville is a nice small town too and that’s a plus for me! The grounds around the house are very nicely kept and you have a great Mountain View👍"

"The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch in the evenings looking at the mountains, hearing the birds and watching the fireflies. Really peaceful and close to downtown."

"Went to Fly Fish the Oconoluftee & Bradley Fork. Very private and just what I was looking for. I wish they would allow pets, my girl, a Black Lab is trained and well behaved. I mentioned to the host to place a towel hook just outside the shower to avoid it getting wet. Otherwise, it was a great stay."

"Stay was good, hot tub was the best part. Had no trash can outside. Bed linen’s were dingy so we had to buy our own. awesome kitchen and its very secluded. not alot of room to turn a big vehicle in driveway area around (had to back up the hill )"

Picture perfect views from your private hot tub, clean and upscale finishes inside your private quarters and unobtrusive property owners who are closeby if you need anything...what more could you want? Plus, it's within walking distance to town and the fairgrounds, provided you're fairly able-bodied. Parking can be a little nerve-wracking, but you're in the mountains, so that's to be expected. The owners provide better wifi than we have at home, and the water is hot and...
