"The room was large. So was the king size bed. There was no TV remote control in the room. The choice of tv networks was large but no premium networks like HBO was offered. The last night of my stay the tv connection was lost. There was no maid service so the bed was never made. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It was very simple. I would have appreciated a banana to put on my dry cereal. Maybe a sweet roll. Excellent location. I attended a photography workshop in Bay City, MI. Was able to reach the venue in only 10’. I wasn’t happy with a 2nd floor room. I would have liked to see an ice machine on the 2nd floor. Overall, a good experience."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely nice. Especially Kevin because he made sure that my sister and I had adjoining rooms. I also liked that the hotel was located near the river and parks which made for a beautiful view. The lady, I apologize I can't remember her name, that prepared the breakfast was extremely nice and she was always made sure that everything was to our liking.She was also a delight to talk to. I would definitely stay again."
