游泳池有泳客一直有吐痰聲音，而且在我旁邊已看到吐出來，救生員沒理會，亦沒提醒該泳客，所以我只逗留5分鐘，害怕衛生問題上水走，作為一間高級酒店，就算不是高級酒店，這個問題亦不能接受。

Room is spacious even for basic room type. But better to book a room with river view where can enjoy the sunset. Property is bit far from old town where all the historical attractions you might want to see. Dining options in that are limited especially if you want to taste authentic local cuisine. Certain rooms are facing the office building next door so it might be tricky if you want to balance the view and privacy. Generally had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel however its a bit far from other places of interest. The hotel is new and staff is very nice plus our room has beautiful views though the quality of food provided in the lounge could have room for further improvement

入住多次，前臺職員通常很有禮貌，女性員工包括清潔阿姨普遍有禮貌，但是仍有個別男性員工態度不及女性員工好。入住的這幾次，均發現一個問題，沖涼的時候，雖然浴室門已經關好，但仍有水會滲透出外面。個人覺得清潔阿姨服務很到位，態度也很好，有禮貌。

modern facilities with disappointing poor service

good: speedy internet. spacious room. river view. bad: female sauna area: used towels and tissue papers around. no bath towels. sauna was not turned on. Restaurant staffs had loud arguments (shouted to each other) while guests were still there. Breakfast time: no occupied note on tables. Its awkward to sit with strangers, however waitress don't see its a problem. It's a problem when there were other empty tables and we expected a business breakfast. Do't feel like it's a friendly place for women traveling alone.

酒店在泉州泰禾，隔壁就是泰禾廣場，吃飯購物很方便。這家酒店算是泉州最好的一家酒店，設施新，服務好。酒店26樓下午看日落很漂亮。

Perhaps the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

My reservation included 2 breakfasts each day. When I checked in I asked about breakfast and they said my reservation did not include breakfast. I pulled up my reservation and showed it to them. They took a photo of it where it CLEARLY states 'includes breakfast for 2 people'. The next morning I was hassled in the restaurant with the claim that I was not entitled to breakfast. That night at 10pm the front desk called my room REPEATEDLY while i was asleep to again confirm that my reservation did not include breakfast. They even called Hotels.com and had them send me an email saying my room did not include breakfast. I kid you not. Bizarre beyond belief. I can't imagine ever staying here or using hotels.com again.
