Titi was very attentative and passed on great information about Marigot and the island in general. Lots to do (and eat) in Marigot. Don't miss Chez Vinettes for a meal."

"The Property has a great terrace, pool and air conditioner. However, as we needed help, because we had no electricity 2 times and no water once, we couldn't reach anybody on both phone numbers we got! No one answered the other contact possibility we had: email! Expedia itself had also no possibility to contact anybody! And there is no reception or so. Besides of this, it is a really great spot to stay on that lovely island!"

"I booked this very last minute for a short (2 night) stay. They were very quick to reply and confirm. It was a big place for a one bedroom on a island. It was very clean, well decorated and with a nice view of the ocean and planes coming in to land. The air-conditioning worked well and I was happy to find the bedroom had a ceiling fan. The location worked well for me, there was a charge for parking, but it is gated and guarded. When I had an issue logging onto the wifi I sent a msg via the VRBO...

"Royal Islander La Terrese is a little outdated but in a great location near good restaurants and beaches!! Overall would stay there again for sure!!"

"The Property itself was outstanding. The staff did an amazing job by keeping the property clean and keeping the guest entertained. All of the restaurants were amazing. Surprisingly our favorite was the buffet. 10/10 All inclusive resort. The staff worked endless hours with a smile. Great job you guys "
