A supermarket, multiple bus stops and a selection of restaurants are just 700 m or a 8-minute walk from the property. You can additionally reach the lively capital Cagliari in a mere 20 minutes driving (15 km) and the property lies close to the same street that will take you to famous beaches like those in Geremeas (11 km), Villasimius (34 km) and Costa Rei (46 km).
