The house is located in the residence of Kal'e Moru, an oasis of tranquility and nature 30km from the Sardinian capital.

Beautiful house close to the beach, perfect for families.
Very cozy house with many areas to hang out, relax and spend time. Within walkin distance to a beautiful and very big beach as well as a small super market. The house is locates within a closed community and is thus very quiet. There is no trafic and the house is right in front of a little park. Excellent for a family vacation with children.
