Lovely villa in a peaceful neighbourhood close to the stunning beaches of Sardinia. Jo and Francesco were brilliant and the villa is equipped with everything you could need. Highly recommended.

lovely stay in Sardinia

The property is located in a super quiet area, 10mins walk down to the local beach. The Villa has everything you need, sun lounger are super comfy and some days it was difficult to budge from the pool. only point id raise is that a car is a must, beyond the local beach everything is a drive. thanks Joyce, just what we needed.

Incredible location and home for a relaxing holiday!

We had the most wonderful stay in Sardinia and the home was absolutely perfect for us! There were some lovely spots close by and, with a car, it was very easy to explore many other beautiful areas. The coastlines and views from the roads are stunning! I can’t recommend Sardinia enough and this spot is perfect. The pool was perfect to cool off and chill in, the bbq was ideal and you have everything you need in the home to enjoy your stay to the max. The only thing I’d say is that it can get very hot in the bedrooms, despite fans and aircon (in the living room).

Beautiful Holiday

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa with a well-appointed kitchen, exceptional space, and beautiful location. Local beach was 5-10 minute walk and definitely worth visiting. I would strongly recommend renting a car as we paid an exceptional amount for taxis to Cagliari and Villasimius. We had difficulty arranging taxis home from Villasimius and for our return trip to the airport; would rely on rental car next time.

Good but didn't quite match expectations.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and made good use of the many outside seating options. The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet and there are many attractions within a 30 min drive and a range of food shops within a 10 mins drive. The local sandy beach is good but more like a 15 min walk than the 5 claimed. The property kitchen is looking a little tired and we couldn't find the advertised panoramic sea view! The addition of a very substantial cleaning and service fee (not shown on VRBO) was at best irritating. Notwithstanding these points a good choice for a stay in this area.

Lovely little bolt hole

We had a lovely time staying in this villa, it’s in an ideal spot for exploring all of south Sardinia’s beaches! The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve come across in a holiday rental which was very helpful. The accommodation itself is in a very peaceful neighbourhood, with a short walk to two beautiful beaches. It’s ideally set up for a family of four like ours and our children adored the pool! We did have one small issue while we were there with the local water supply (an unfortunate issue with the pump for the neighbourhood, could not be helped!), but the property manager was very quick to respond and reassured us. Overall a lovely stay, thank you!

Stunning views, quiet neighbourhood. Home from home

This is a home from home. Well thought out in terms of amenities/equipment. Beds extremely comfortable. Stunning views in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly people around always willing to say hello/stop and chat. The garden is just beautiful and offers a good amount of shade and versatile seating areas. This is clearly a home that has been well loved and well thought out for guests. Francesco was super helpful and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. Booking was easy and Joyce very helpful with the queries we had. We found the local beach (5 minute walk) to be perfectly formed - rocky with a few sandy parts making it quiet enough to avoid the crowds. Would recommend use of a car to explore Sardinia which is just the most stunning island.

Lovely Visit!

My family of three (2 adults and child) loved the home very much! Communication with both Jo and Francesco was stellar. The home is quaint and in a pretty private area. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the proximity to small grocery stores and an easy drive to beautiful beaches. We had never visited Sardinia before, but we would absolutely stay in the home again. I would say that the description could be updated a bit, as there is not much of an ocean view as trees have grown in. Additionally, the hot tub was inoperable- though it is listed as having one. Air conditioner worked exceptionally well, and there is everything you’d need in the kitchen to make an easy stay! Thanks so much!

Nette Unterkunft mit kleinen Abzügen

Das Haus ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Küchengeräte etc. funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Pool ist zwar sehr klein, aber genügt zum planschen und abkühlen (nicht zum schwimmen). Kleines Manko: Es fehlen Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sodass Lüften abends und nachts nicht möglich ist ohne zerstochen zu werden. Die Lage ist in einem Wohngebiet und dadurch eher abgelegen von einem Ort mit Restaurants. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Leider war die extra Cleaning Fee, die 170 Euro betrug, sehr versteckt im Inserat, sodass es eine kleine böse Überraschung für uns war als die Besitzerin uns darauf hinwies. Zudem musste es in Cash vor Ort gezahlt werden, was ich nicht erwarte, wenn ich über ein Online Portal buche. Vorm Check-In bekamen wir zudem nochmal einen extra Vertrag zur Unterschrift, der gar nicht zu unserer Buchung passte. Die Kommunikation dazu war zügig und wir konnten die Themen ( bis auf die Cleaning Fee) aus der Welt schaffen. Nichtsdestotrotz hat uns das gestört und Sorgen bereitet vorm Check In und könnte verbessert werden. Allgemein empfehle ich diese Unterkunft aber, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte werden.

Sehr schöne Finca mit Pool, Küche und allem was man so braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Schöner erfrischender Pool, Toller Service mit Francesco vor Ort, Küche hat alles was man braucht. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Wichtig: Ein Auto ist Pflicht vor Ort!

Schöne Tage im Haus und Garten

Keurig, schone accommodatie

Accommodatie was zoals op de foto's: schoon, netjes, fijne ontvangst en dichtbij de zee. Francesco is erg aardig, flexibel en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst waren er wat kleine problemen met de airco en boiler maar er werd gelijk gezocht naar een oplossingen, er werd duidelijk gecommuniceerd en naar tevredenheid gecompenseerd. Wij hebben erg genoten van alles lieve straat katjes die gezellig langs kwamen. De tuin is ruim en mooie verdeling tussen zon en schaduw. Het huis is zeer compleet met alles wat je nodig hebt. Kortom: een echte aanrader!

Perfect house for vacation

Second stay at this villa. It is perfect for our family vacation. We love the outdoor area with the balcony and pool. Good location with close access to the small lagoon Baia Azzurra that is lovely for snorkeling and swimming. You need to have car to get to local supermarkets and larger beaches. But with car it doesn’t take long to reach Sardinias beautiful beaches. Overall a great house and location.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber mit Optimierungspotenzial

Insgesamt ein schönes Objekt, insbesondere das Haus. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da, was man braucht, und es ist sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich ist okay, könnte aber wieder mal etwas in Schuss gebracht werden. Das Haus ist für 4-5 Personen ausgelegt, es gibt aber nur zwei Sonnenliegen, die vermutlich auch des Öfteren schon am Strand waren. Jedenfalls sollten sie mal wieder gereinigt werden. Die Auflagen sind durch und müssen erneuert werden. Generell sind die Gartenstühle und Liegen allesamt nur bedingt bequem, überall fehlen die Armauflagen. Die Bilder des Inserates sind schon ein paar Jahre alt. Die Bäume in der Umgebung sind deutlich gewachsen - der Meerblick ist zwar noch da, aber in so ein kleines Eckchen verschwunden, dass er schon nicht mehr erwähnenswert ist. Generell war die Betreuung durch Francesco vor Ort sehr gut - außer beim Checkout. Wir sind extra rechtzeitig aufgestanden, um pünktlich um 10:00 Uhr auschecken zu können, um dann auf ihn zu warten. Nach mehr als einer Stunde und einem Telefon konnten wir dann ohne Endkontrolle gehen. (Die Kaution wurde per PayPal zurückgezahlt, was wiederum sehr schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert hatte). Alles in allem kann man das Haus schon empfehlen, aber es gibt ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Villa ok, "nicht neu"

Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz ok, wie beschrieben, jedoch schon einige Jahre alt und nicht wie in der Anzeige angegeben „neu“. Was an der Außenanlage und an den Möbeln deutlich erkennbar ist. Es ist ein Reihenendhaus und die Nachbarn sind sehr deutlich zu hören. (Dusche, Wasserhahn und Schritte) Auch der Meerblick ist zwischenzeitlich fast zugewachsen. Die Strände sind sehr schön. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Francesco war sehr gut.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, ruhige und erholsame Zeit in der Vilaa verbracht. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Ein bisschen mehr Platz zum Abstellen und Verstauen oder ein kleiner Flur wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Man betritt durch die Eingangstüre direkt den Wohnraum. Der Pool war toll, wir haben ihn täglich genutzt.

Hus som vi gärna återkommer till.

Charmigt hus med vacker tomt. Perfekt läge i området och med vacker utsikt. Området är väldigt lugnt och avkopplande. Fin badvik i anslutning och magiska stränder på rimligt bilavstånd. Bra att veta är att det inte finns restauranger på gångavstånd och närmaste butik ca 2.5km bort. Vi trivdes fantastiskt och åker gärna tillbaka.

Arrivée catastrophique, sauvée par un bon emplacement en basse saison et une île magnifique

Je passe sur le prix un peu cher pour la saison basse et sur le titre de l'annonce indiquant "villa neuve" pour un logement d'une quinzaine d'année... En revanche, avoir été purement et simplement oublié par le contact qui devait nous accueillir est plus problématique, surtout quand vous cherchez en vain à le joindre pendant plusieurs heures en attendant dans le noir avec des enfants en bas âge... pour finalement découvrir que le logement est encombré de matériels divers et variés, certes nous dirons que l'erreur est humaine ! En revanche quand la personne refuse de porter un masque en votre présence, cela devient un vrai manque de respect, surtout quand vous êtes accompagné de personnes vulnérables (là où les autorités italiennes imposent un FFP2 dans l'avion, cherchez l'erreur...). Après donc avoir aéré et fait le ménage de surface moi-même (sans parler du vrai ménage de fond qui laisse à désirer : épaisse couche de poussière et masques usagés sous les lits), nous avons heureusement pu nous détendre les jours suivants et profiter de cet emplacement idéal pour découvrir toute la moitié Sud-Ouest de cette très belle île qu'est la Sardaigne : les plages incroyables de la Costa Rei et de la côte sud, les villes de Cagliari, Oristano, Iglesias, et même jusque Bosa. Ajoutons à cela les très belles randonnées nature, dans le Sarrabus par exemple, tout cela est merveilleux à une période peu prisée des touristes (facilitant les déplacement en voiture) et où le climat reste très agréable.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Villa ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, der Pool zwar nicht groß, aber zum Erfrischen ausreichend. Die Betreuung durch Francesco war perfekt, ebenso wie die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Joyce im Vorfeld. Der Preis ist zwar nicht gerade günstig (die Endreinigung muss man auch noch mit einberechnen) insgesamt aber ok. Das Einzige, was uns ein wenig gestört hat, war, dass man kein Café, keine Gelateria, Einkaufsmöglichkeit oder Pizzeria/Restaurant zu Fuß erreichen kann. Man ist zwingend immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Dafür ist allerdings der Strand in Fußweite zu erreichen.
