This property seems to be in a building that focuses on short term rentals, but because of the unit construction there were no intrusions of noise from other units. The rooftop sitting area, with easy to use gas firepit if chilly, was the perfect place to head up to with drink in hand to watch the sunset. No more searching for rooftop bars! MetroPlus grocery store about a block away, with Chateau Frontenac about a 20 minute walk. Lots of storage available for those groceries. Considerable number of homeless nearby, but we never felt it to be a problem. If you need a dark room for sleep, bring a mask. Even with the blackout shades the light from the window height 24 hour security light shines right into the unit. Curtains in addition to the shades would help cover the places that the light gets through.

City Break Base

Modern apartment in good proximity to Quebec Old Town. We enjoyed using the heated rooftop pool and gym. The nearby convenience store sells $10 24-hour bus passes which we used to get about with google maps help. The highlight was seeing the hockey at the Videotron stadium.

Wonderful stay

Modern clean apartment with great reviews and security. Perfect location near coffee shops vintage shopping restaurants. The only disappointment was we picked the place for its rooftop pool. When we arrived and throughout our stay, the pool was closed for renovations. Many other guests expressed similar frustration.
