Great Condo

A wonderful property and great location. A short walk to old Quebec and close to good restaurants, grocery store and other amenities. Condo was clean, a short walk from the Via Rail station and a good location to explore Quebec City.

Perfect Location & Efficiency for a Friend Trip!

We got just what we needed from this property, and I’m so lucky I found something in close walking distance to all the sights and sounds of the most beautiful part of the city! We really couldn’t have asked for a better location for the price, it was truly a miraculous find. The check in and out was easy and provided just what we needed.

Very comfortable, central area. I brought my cousin who was visiting from England. She thought her husband would love the city and accommodation. She plans to visit with him. We had a great comfortable stay.

Fantastic condo in a great location with an awesome host!

Everything about this condo was easy. Booking, check-in, and parking were a breeze. We enjoy walking and had no problems walking to the historic district, art museum, and other attractions. Beyond all the marvelous food options in the historic district, we also enjoyed the option of eating at restaurants on Rue Saint-Joseph Est, which is one block from the condo. An added plus was the state in which we found the condo. One member of our party declared, "I've never seen a cleaner condo!"

July 2023 stay

I took my wife and two teenagers to stay at this condo. The condo is a 23-25 minute walk to the old city. If you go to the right outside the building, you do not have to climb stairs on your walk to old town. There is a market across the street and 5 -7 restaurants within a 7-minute walk. The property was clean and sanitary. The building has a fitness room on the 2nd floor and a rooftop pool which the kids enjoyed. There are also seating areas and grills on the roof if you want to cook. The 2 bedrooms and pull out sofa provided plenty of space for sleeping for our family. Our host gave accurate check-in instructions a number of days before our reservation. I highly recommend this condo.

cozy and convenient

Perfect for us just needed somewhere to lay our heads after busy days of sightseeing, etc. around Quebec city. Only one elevator so be prepared to wait during peak times, but that's no big deal. The unit is well appointed there are some shampoos left over from previous guests in the shower area. they could use room darkening shades as there is a lot of ambient light outside at night. We didn't use the pool or gas grills on the roof but the views are pretty good from up there. It's not listed as wheelchair accessible but my chair worked fine getting into the bedroom as the doorways are 29 inches. The bathroom is not accessible, but there is an accessible bathroom in the exercise area and also on top by the pool.

Nice apartment but area very sketchy neighborhood plus uncommunicative owner.

The apartment itself is good, clean and comfortable. However ...1. The owner never responded to any of our requests for information after the booking was paid for. Communication ceased. This included the access information for the apartment information. I messaged him many times and had to call/chat with VRBO customer service 4 times the night before our flight to finally get the codes. After a few attempts, they got through to him and he sent info, but when we needed another information, again he did not communicate at all. This was very disturbing and was very stressful knowing that we did not have communication. 2. The location is sketchy. The area is full of vacant buildings and is packed with homeless. It can be a little frightening. We were followed the first night on the way to dinner by a homeless man demanding money.3. The apartment has only light window coverings that do not block any light. The apartment backed up very close to a multi-story parking garage that has very bright lights that shine directly into the apartment (and both bedrooms) making sleeping difficult.
