Located on a quiet and safe family estate, country house, located in St-jean-de-l'ile-d'Orléans, accredited by Quebec tourism, 20 minutes from Quebec City. Can accommodate a maximum of 6 people with 1 bathroom as well as washing machine and dryer. 2 bedrooms with Queen bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room. All modern conveniences are there. Super well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Sit back and watch the boats sail. Wifi, parking, flat screen tv, DVD player, radio, BBQ, furnished terrace with patio and swing set, space for campfire, children's play area with trampoline.
