Our TV did not work due to internet issues without assistance. The room was OK however we had adjoining rooms that were difficult to lock, The sliding doors in our room were unusable and we needed to use the adjoining room to access outside and those doors were hard to open too.

Lieux propre. Hotel facile d'accès. Salle à manger très petite et pauvre choix au déjeuner. Le lobby n'est pas climatisé et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Quand nous sommes arrivés, le jeune homme regardait un film sur le téliviseur du lobby avec le volume très élevé. Il devait crier pour me prler et c'est moi qui lui ai demander de baisser le volume, se qu'il a fait. Il y a des bornes électriques de niveau 1 à 3$/H. Le prix n'est écrit nul part.

The check in time was super slow. I stayed there 2 time in a span of 1.5 weeks and the check in was super slow both times. Internet was broken and the reception guy did not bother to reboot, even after I tell him to do so. Kids were very frustrated with the internet. Other than that, I like the place and stay there every year.

A very nice hotel near some restaurants that are walkable. Good wifi speed. Internet did not work for the TV. Towels were not clean in the bathroom. Also, listing says that they have a shuttle to the airport which is why I book there. They do not have a shuttle but they will call you a cab that you have to pay for. Very disappointing. I won't stay again.

Front desk check-in took 45+ minutestwice in one week despite arriving 10pm with exhausted, crying kids after long travel. Staff seemed indifferent to our situation. Bathroom issues too: scalding hot water with no cold flow, and the door got stuck/locked once. Overall a frustrating stay for our whole group. Not recommended.
