We only stayed for a night to break the drive between Nova Scotia to Ontario. We love that the parking spot is rigth outside our room like in a motel, no need to bring all our belongings to the room. Breakfast is okay. Our room is clean and fresh.

No microwave, bathroom door wasn't closing coffee machine in the lobby wasn't working. But the best part was breakfast; there were no eggs, only potatoes and beans were provided for warm food..very disappointing experience. Staff were as helpful as possible. At least...On more mention is that there were 3 locks on the patio door...

I stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms booked. The rooms were good, with tv, fridge and ac working properly. The staff were nice, I didn’t have facial tissue and toilet paper provided for my parent’s room, but i desk helped immediately. One thing to highlight is that the rooms do not have individual microwave provided and the microwave is in the communal area, but it is not a dealbreaker for me, I used it with no issues. The breakfast was nice and there’s enough parking spots. There’s no elevator, so if you have mobility issue, you may consider downstairs rooms, but again it was not an issue for me. Overall, my stay with kids and elderly parents was nice, and I may book this hotel again.

I stayed here on the return trip from my holiday. I have rated the first visit (11 Aug) already. The check-in was fine, staff helpful. Parking was fine. The room was a disaster this time. Bedside lamps did not work. The shower did not work as the lever to activate the shower was hopelessly stuck. The room was is serious need of painting. This is an older building conveniently located but requires a considerable of money to be spent to be brough up to the level of a good three or four star hotel. If I had been staying more than one night or had realized the lamp and shower issues earlier I would have insisted on a room change.

This stay was very comfortable with family including 2 - kids. We have been given ground floor room and that was beneficial to park the car just in front of the room. 2 Queen beds were quite enough for 4 of us. Breakfast option is also very nice and was having variety of options, Oats, Breads, Begal, And etc. Room was clean and there was no problem. Staff was very helpful everytime when required.

This is a low cost option with plentiful free parking in a city with expensive hotels that too often don't include any parking let alone free. Wifi connectivity was a mostly absent at the back of the hotel during our first of two nights - I was able to connect one smart phone by going the lobby and figuring out the DNS IP, but was only able to get one device connected this was. To be honest, the initial impression was bad with a slow check-in and then asking for a room change because of a crying baby. In hindsight, I think there was a full moon that night and a gathering of a uniquely poorly behaved group of guests along with no shows phoning in and tying up the front desk with demands for last minute cancellations with full refund. After getting past our initial concerns, things generally settled down and we got a comfortable sleep. Be aware that being near the airport, some guests with early morning flights stay there and may not be completely considerate of others at 3 AM, but this can happen at 5 star properties as well.
