Hôtel Le Concorde Québec

"Our room was a little worn on the fittings, the shower curtain had that smell to it like old towels in a laundry basket. The house phone did not work, the sink had a crack in it and the room safe was already locked and could not be opened. When I asked about the safe I was told that due to upgrades the safe was out of order. On a good note the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, the food was good and the staff were great. The location of the hotel was good, we are walkers so it was easy for us to get into the old town and also to walk around the Plains of Abraham."

"Restaurant for dinner was acceptable but service very poor. Restaurant for breakfast was All cold, runny scrambled eggs, stale croissants, French toast cold and stale after reheating. Will not return to this hotel as we wanted an all in one"

"The staff was very helpful. As I recall, the Expedia marketing said breakfast was included, but this was discontinued. It's great that the hotel is near both the St. Foy bus station and the airport. Getting into the city is a $25+ trip."

"We had to book this last minute because we got into Quebec city a day earlier than expected. We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Since our room was right across from an elevator, we were grateful that it does not ding. It was so nice. We wish we had stayed here the whole time. As others have noted the breakfast was wonderful."
