Originally booked at hotel Belley but we arrived earlier, since they share the same front desk as St. Paul the hotel across the street, St. Paul was able to accommodate us for $50 more per night. The hotel was great, clean and amazing staff.

Good location only two blocks from the train station and about 3/4 of a mile from the cruise wharf. About a 20 minute walk to the funicular that takes you to the Frontenac. The walk is mostly level with numerous shops and restaurants on the way. Only downside is that it is above a tavern which stays open late and the floors are linoleum so there’s nothing to absorb the sound. Staff was quite helpful.

Good location and easy access to old Quebec City. Only stayed one night and cannot comment on what it might be like for something more extended, but was good for what we needed. After-hours check-in was accommodated, but a little confusing as unit was adjacent to the hotel where registration desk was located and across the street from Hotel Belley. Noise level from tavern across the street was not really an issue, despite it being a Saturday night. It would not stop me from staying again. Our unit was located on the third floor with narrow walk-up stairway (no elevators). Again, fine for us but worth noting for those with mobility challenges.

Breakfast not included. We were provided 15% off at the hotel restaurant. The classic breakfast was plentiful (bacon, eggs, potatoes and toast), plus coffee and orange juice - $42 with the 15% coupon and tip included. Parking is nearby $20 per day. Clean and comfortable bed. Large room. Three beautiful windows. Would love to be able to open a window but not screened and locked shut. Stairs - pack light. Have a backpack for shopping. We would return to this hotel. Great price.

Location perfect for exploring Old Town. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room good size but bathroom needs updating a little. No lift and if on top floor, very difficult with suitcases and no assistance with these. Lower floors will experience some noise from the bar below but we didn’t experience this on the third floor.

A nice little hotel spread across several buildings. We had a nice, quiet, comfortable stay. Le Belley pub across the road was busy and loud, but not too late and we were far enough away not to be bothered. Located within a 2 to 15 minute walking distance of pretty much everything, but quite hilly for anyone with mobility issues. We really enjoyed the stay.

Bathroom light was out, table lamp was loose, some wall lights were out, the queen bad was making louder squeeze noises when you turning. We could not get the sleep for whole night. The staff was very nice able to change the hotel for us in second night. It was not a good experience.

Review for a Grand Studio Suite at The Hotel Belley. Room has queen bed, large bath, couch, kitchen table with 4 chairs and small kitchenette and overall very clean. The suite is large enough to have friends over to discuss the day of site seeing around Quebec City over a glass of wine or even make a bite to eat. Excellent location and proximity to the best sites/ bars restraunts that the city has to offer, with just a short walk. Check in was through the Hotel Saint Paul front desk and staff was very helpful and courteous and help arrange parking at a lot in front of the building next to a gas station. Our suite was located in an adjacent building 50' away on the 3 level, which has stairs (no elevator), so expect to hike your luggage in. This is an old building so set expectations accordingly. This suit has as great character as you would expect in Quebec city. You are here to expierence the old world charm and atmosphere of a city that was founded in the 1600s and this suit helps take all that in.

Not enough plug outlets beside the beds, broken bulb in lamp, torn curtain, not enough toiletries. Very squeaky bed. Espresso machine was good Fridge and iron in room Clean towels and sheets Great location and parking for $20 a day at nearby parking lot that the hotel staff direct you to.
