Boutique hotel offering a ton of character in the room we rented. Room #103 is an amazing space for any couple looking to getaway. Note that this hotel is in the heart of a bustling bar/restaurant section of the neighborhood so please expect some evening noise - we had one evening (Sat night) that proved to be a wee bit too loud for us - a noise canceling machine came in handy for that night. Central location to everything within and surrounding Old Quebec City. Can’t wait to go again one day soon.

Walk to everything; great location. Beautiful property with top notch finishes. We loved everything about it. Only downside was that the check in process was a bit disjointed but once that was wrapped up, it was fantastic.

Wonderful Ophelia!

Amazing trip and the service was beyond expectations. This is a great area with good local eats, two of which are affiliated with Boutique Ophelia. We had a great meal at Ophelia one night and ate away from the Hotel other nights. Reception directed us toward other great restaurants and made reservations for us. We will certainly stay next time we are in town.

We had the most incredible stay at Hotel Ophelia! The hotel itself is so beautiful — every detail has been well thought out. We loved the customizable lighting, super comfy king-sized bed, luxurious bathroom, and chic decor. The location was perfect — on a beautiful street and a quick walk into Old Town. The two restaurants attached to the hotel, L’Atelier and Ophelia, were incredible — our Tartare dinner at L’Atelier was the best meal of our trip! But what really made our stay at Hotel Ophelia SO wonderful was the hospitality of the staff and the hotel owner, Normand. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, often sending us out for the day with a fresh pressed juice or cappuccino. They took the time to chat with us and get to know us, and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt so cared for during our time at Hotel Ophelia! It was the best hotel stay we’ve ever experienced, and will absolutely be back.

Ophelia review If we could give this hotel more than 5 stars for this review, we absolutely would! From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated so warmly by the owners and hotel staff. Fabio, Norman, and Ilia were incredibly generous and gracious hosts and made our stay a memorable one! Ophelia is a brand new hotel inside a historic building situated conveniently right on Grand Allée Est, just steps from the fortification entrance to the Old City, but just outside the total tourist hustle and bustle. There are two beautiful restaurants attached to the hotel: the Ophelia and L’Atelier. We would recommend trying the moules et frites at Ophelia and the bison tartare at L’Atelier! Both so delicious! Our room was beyond spectacular. We were offered a complimentary daily turn down service, in addition to complimentary luxury robes and slippers. The spa bathroom was a dream, and the king sized bed with premium bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud, making the overall room experience a superior one. Fabio, Norman, and Ilia went above and beyond for us and we honestly can’t say enough good things about them and their lovely establishment. So if you’re hoping to find a truly unique and beautiful place to stay that is close to all of the sites and attractions, with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel, then Ophelia is where you’ll want to stay! We can’t wait to come back!
