The staff here were absolutely amazing. Above and beyond what they had to do to help us out. On my next trip I will be staying here again. The hotel is in a perfect location for touring old Quebec. Rooms were very nice but 5 are not enough stars for the staff. I hope they see this and know how much their help meant. We were both feeling a bit sick - Mr.Lee haha -

Great location, clean rooms and very helpful staff. Would have rated a five out five except we could not use our reserved spot (SUV was too big) and there is no housekeeping unless you request it the morning of. Not an issue really but it’s an amenity that is only available by request. The location could not be better!

This was a great hotel. The location for visiting Quebec City was perfect, all within walking distance. If your car is not a large one they have onsite parking which was rare. Probably the best (free) coffee machine I have ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful. You do need to ask for new towels each day but they are very accommodating. Very clen rooms.

Breakfast for $15.00 is too much for a similar free breakfast at any other hotel. Nothing special. The property is old but so is Quebec City but it’s very well maintained. Staff is excellent! I would go back plus they offer parking for $25.00 a night which is excellent. Because parking next to Château Frontn

The location was excellent and the rooms were very quiet too! The morning buffet (open from 7:00-10:00a.m.) was good and kept us full for a few hours while we explored the beauty of Old Quebec!

I would first like to thank the hotel staff for their kindness and excellent hospitality during our stay. The hotel’s location in Old Quebec was very convenient for sightseeing and getting around the city. However, since the hotel building is quite old, the bathroom fixtures and facilities were noticeably outdated. I believe they would benefit from regular maintenance and renovation to improve the overall guest experience. Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and friendly service, and I hope the hotel will continue to improve its facilities.

It is a very nice hotel, in a good location for old Québec city, the room was very pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the bath plug didn't stay down and there was no kettle to make tea, there was a nice Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good, a nice buffet style, I would recommend the hotel.
