Very pleasant experience, clean, modern -very welcoming atmosphere. Check in and out was fast, easy smooth process and professional. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well equppied with all my essentiak needs. Amenities were great! Close to most art galleris, museums, chateau frontenac etc...lots to see...was definetly the highlight of my stay. I reccommend this hotel and look forward to another stay. Merci, thank you!

The location is absolutely fantastic and parking very useful. The hotel itself is very nice and in a historic building. My only negative point would be that I found the room dark. The black paint in the ceiling with black furnitures makes everything very « dark » overall.

I adore this hotel. Everything is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Little details like daily chocolate and water. The location is nice in Basse Ville. Only ick is the parking is a bit difficult to get to and every time I had to knock at the valet cabin to get service.

This hotel was a cozy retreat during Carnaval. Our room (and bathroom) was spacious and spotless. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and there was always coffee and hot chocolate available. The location was terrific as well. Within a 10 minute walk of multiple wonderful restaurants.
