Excellent location. Great breakfast. Only thing is that there is no elevator, our room was on the fourth floor so it was a little inconvenient to go up and down those stairs.

Great location. But along Rue Saint Louis there is a lot of road noise. The Expedia check in instructions give wrong information about check in location. If you are not physically able it’s a difficult task to haul your luggage up 3 floors on a very narrow spiral staircase. The room had AC but it was not in service and a bit uncomfortable on a warm day. The breakfast in a next door restaurant was very nice.

Tje rooms werent super clean and no one ca.e in to even empty our garbages in 3 days. Staff are not really friendly, they barely acknowledge when you come in. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom sink is actually in the bedroom and not in the toilet. Cant change the AC settings up or down. Great location, howe er there are so many other options nearby, will not return.

The property was unique in that it was an old building made new inside while preserving the original outside architecture. It was very small inside but clean and ideally located in the heart of Old Quebec. We walked to all the tourist attractions from our hotel room. Although parking in that area is difficult, the hotel had 6 parking spaces they rented at the back of the hotel for $40/day. Breakfast was not included but there was a coffee machine and fridge in the room. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice but had difficulty speaking/understanding either English or French. Good price for being in the heart of it all!

Great location, great quality price! Needs a little bit more improvement with the cleaning in some areas in the room/bathroom corners and windows, also rooms not soundproofed so maybe bring earplugs but overall great! Will certainly come back:)

This hotel is in a great location for visiting the old city of Quebec. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. It isn't a totally traditional hotel with 24 hour desk service so that is a limitation that some might not like, but it was a fine place to stay. Just be aware that check in really isn't open until 4:00!

Our room was small, but given the good price that I paid, that should have been expected. We really only slept there anyway, and it was located close to everyplace we wanted to be, so a good trade off. Parking is not available onsite, but we used the paid parking garage down the street, less than a two minute walk away. Safe and secure.

It was a good stay, decent room for the price and clean. Hard to see the building and the sign or name of the hotel. No staff in reception you will call them if you have question or anything else. You will check in by yourself, get the key and go to your assign room. They offer breakfast voucher which is good!
