The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. We encountered a slight challenge in finding the valet service, but they were more than willing to assist us. The reception area was located on the top floor, and a friendly staff member at the entrance kindly helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to check in. The hotel’s location was fantastic, with everything we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again when we return.
