1) Our travelers are delighted to stay in the restaurant area of St. Joseph Street, which is one of the most popular. Our condo is located 30 minutes walk from the Chateau Frontenac, 25 minutes from Old Quebec and Parliament. Please do not hold it against us in your evaluation.
2) The condo is part of a condominium property so NO party or excessive noise will be tolerated.
3) The soundproofing of the condo is classified SUPERIOR, however it must be considered that it is located in the heart of the City so it moves, you could hear the sounds of the city sometimes.
4) We have the permit from the municipality in order to rent our property for short stays, CITQ NO: 298453.
5) The kitchen is stocked with all kitchen supplies you may need to prepare your favorite meal. You will find Cooking Oil, Balsamic vinegar, Salt & Pepper, sugar, Coffee and Tea.

6) The rooftop terrace is accessible for everyone between 8 AM and 9 PM. Starting November 1st 2018, the access to the rooftop terrace will be closed for the winter time. It will be reopened in spring.
7) Please note that studded tires are forbidden in our garage. The maximum height of the underground garage is: 7,3 feet or 2,13 meters.
