Not the most welcoming staff at the reception. It felt as if we bothered them. Clean enough room with good amenities. Good breakfast although they tend to run low on some items at times and take their time replenishing them. We will not return based solely on that reception staff.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Our room was very spacious and could easily sleep 6 people. The hotel has been fully renovated in recent years. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, using the gym and ample parking available. Well located with restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive. Great hotel for families!

Decent room, location is central for Quebec city, main routes nearby. Quiet room, beds are not queen size, more like a double but comfortable. Bathroom was clean, good water pressure and heat. Breakfast was tasty and well made.

Great breakfast, clean hotel. Rooms definitely feel a bit utilitarian, but big enough for our family of 5 and the price was right. We were able to use the breakfast area in the evenings for dinner, playing cards, etc. which was nice. Beds were not great though, I would not have wanted to stay for any longer than a few days.
