"Clean and quiet place to spend a night. Breakfast was okay but could have more options to make it better. All in all it was a good place to stay for an evening."

"Cleaning the room was hard coordinate I would leave with a. Request to clean the room from 10am to 4pm and would frequently return to the room not being clean. One day the room had already been cleaned, do not disturb sign was on the door and the cleaning staff still tried to enter the room. Property and room are overall well maintained. The amenities are below par though with the sauna not functioning that well, small pool and despite signs indicating a hot tub no hot tub to be found. Everything is also paid for even drip coffee in the various work spaces at the hotel. Overall it’s a relatively nice but quite overpriced, under-serviced hotel located in a very convenient spot in Quebec City."

"Property and staff were lovely. We travelled with our kids and were very comfortable. Only caveat is the restaurants aren’t that great and the service could be better. Hopefully that gets some improvements. We would come back!"
