The FEQ Lodge is our tribute to the Festival d 'Été de Québec, which takes place in early July each year in our beautiful city. The condo is air-conditioned and located on the 6th floor. The building was built in 2022. It includes an elevator, gym, lounge area. Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal.
King size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the second bedroom. Also queen sized sofa bed. It was chosen for its superior comfort. Washer-dryer in the apartment. 9 foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort!
Available owners, superior soundproofing, impeccable service and professional maintenance. Walking distance to St-Joseph Street, restaurants, cafés, grocery store (less than 1 minute), bakery and bars in the trendy St-Roch district. The walkscore website grants 96 to the condo location! Girls weekend away and this space was a great fit! Walking distance to old Quebec but also enjoyed exploring the area where the property was located. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The hosts were very friendly responsive and the check in was simple. The condo was secure, clean and comfortable. It was a very easy walk to everything in Old Quebec City. Parking was close and there’s even a grocery store across the street.

Property was a 3 minute walk to Old Quebec. Parking is safely underground 3 minute walk away from condo. Everything you need for your stay is in apartment. Washer and dryer were great as well as kitchen area. We were a family of 6 and we were all very comfortable within the condo. Would definitely stay again.
We had a great stay at this apartment. It is spacious and well-furnished, and located in a modern building with a number of amenities. The location is terrific — an easy walk to the old city, with lots of restaurants and plenty long nearby. Our only issue was that the apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived, but the host had it taken care of immediately. The host was incredibly responsive, and made sure that this one issue had no impact on an otherwise very positive experience.

The condo was nicely appointed, comfortable and host Alexandre was easy to communicate with. The area is walkable with a grocery store a block away. It is about a 20 minute walk to old town.
Weve been to Quebec many times usually staying at the Marriott. With several extra family members on this trip, we look for a 2 bedroom rental. Worked perfectly. Metro grocery store 200 meters away. Plenty of restaurants walking distance as was old town. We used Uber to avoid the walk to Old town....worked perfectly and we did not have to deal with parking in the tourist areas.
This property was perfect for the three of us when we visited Quebec city for a family wedding. The apartment had everything we needed and we were within walking distance of a grocery store, lots of restaurants, and just a short stair climb from the plains of Abraham.
The bonus with this apartment is the rooftop pool that is awesome on a hot day.
Communication with the owner was quick and clear. We would rent here again.
This is apartment is located just a few blocks from the Saint- Roch district which is full of great restaurants. There is a good grocery store 3 blocks away and a pharmacy too, so very possible to stay here without a car. Old Quebec is a 15 minute walk up the hill:-)
The apartment itself is clean and well stocked. The roof top pool has nice view. The beds are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment!
Our family of four (two adults, two college kids) loved this apartment. It is decorated simply and stylishly, and felt very private. The sofa pullout was comfortable too. Just one block from Saint Joseph with its good restaurants and shopping and also just 20 minute walk to old town. The building appeared to be primarily families in similar vacation rentals. The pool on top of the building was small, more for relaxing than swimming. If you don’t bring your own pool towels, it is easy to wash and dry the bath towels yourselves. Would definitely recommend!
We enjoyed the building and the apartment. It had everything we needed and the rooftop area provided a great view of the city as well as an opportunity to chat with other guests. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The food in this city is VERY good. Our hosts responded immediately if we ever had a question and were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
There is a homeless population who sleep in an area close to the freeway very nearby and we sometimes heard some commotion during the night (it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep). I felt perfectly safe walking anywhere during the day, but wouldn’t walk alone in that direction late at night.
I know this is rated 10/10 by many visitors so I won't focus on the positives, you can read the other reviews.
A few improvements would be appreciated by future guests:
1) Include the underground parking in the rental year round, not just in the summer.
2) Washing machine smelled horrible and towels had a musty smell as a result. Washer needs a thorough cleaning and the door needs to be left open after use to prevent future smells.
3) Offer some nice hangars in the closets, the old bent up metal ones are laughable.
4) Tableware was a mis match of utensils. Reminded me of college.
5) Add a soap tray in shower so renters don't have to put their soap on the show pan (floor).
Overall, unit is clean, beds are comfortable, etc. but provisions were sparse.
We were 3 female friends travelling to visit German Markets in Quebec City for first time. Alexandre was a great host and communicated in a timely manner. The condo is located in St Roch which is a short walk (uphill over a long set of stairs to the escarpment), to the walls of Old Quebec. It is a 1.7km walk to Château Frontenac. St Roch is a growing area and we felt self. Some nice restaurants and bars and a gin distillery in area. The condo is one of the best equipped I have stayed in with all the amenities you need. It is a very well cared for building with many VRBOs . We came in winter so parking ( underground 2 blocks away) was included. Beds are super comfortable with a King in one room and.a Queen in the other and a comfortable pull out sofa in LR. Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffee (drip) pot. Blackout curtains in all rooms were appreciated as it is in a well lit area. The grocery store is 2 blocks away(turn right and cross street and go past Desjardins building and look for the Metro on next corner. Full size grocery store (and liquor). Washer and dryer to use. Dishwasher. Well stocked cupboards and a great selection of pots and pans to use.
Would highly recommend and have no hesitation booking again
Oh and the German Markets were amazing ! City was so festive. .
