A neighborhood in transition
Tough review to write. Unit itself was very clean and staff was good. Security is very good. Secure underground parking - very reasonable. Be aware that the neighborhood is still evolving and has a homeless problem. I was constantly asked for money, crazy yelling people, smelly people, it got old.
