The location is perfect! Easy walk to tour meeting spots, great restaurants and attractions. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful! Quebec city is super safe and walkable. Will definitely return!

We stayed at the Clarendon Sept 16-18. It was a real pleasure. It had everything we needed. Comfortable, well appointed amenities. Only suggestion I could make was installing a non slip surface in the shower. It was very slippery, no grab bars either.I would think it could be a hazard for injury.

The hotel staff was pleasant and courteous. The hotel is conveniently located in upper Old Quebec and near many great restaurants and stores. It’s also just a short walk from lower Old Québec. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Quebec.
