"Very nice place to stay near a great beach. My two biggest concerns were the absence of blackout curtains. The room closest to the parking space had see-through curtains. At night you can see in to the room when the lights are on inside, so you have no privacy. Additionally, there is no way to close the light out when you want to sleep. "The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. "Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and close to places to eat. Neighbors were friendly. Washer machine did not work but not an issue. Laundry mat close to house. Garage door didn’t work but not an issue."

"Me and my friends booked this literally a day before our trip to San Juan , which was very convenient. Although this place was like 25 mins away from San Juan ubers to San Juan and further places were only like $11-$20 so that wasnt a big issue. Three days into our visit the house started to smell like mold. Other then that everything about this house was good. If you are looking to stay close to San Juan this is NOT the place. If you dont mind waiting 10-25 mins for a uber then by all means go...

"The house is cute and clean.Just as pictured. Plenty of towels and linens.There's no microwave. 2 coffee makers and neither worked. I booked a week and left after 3 . If you are not used to hot muggy weather and sleeping on plastic liners . Not having cold water - DO NOT book this place. The WiFi goes down a lot . Not sure anyone can help that on an island. There's no A/c and it cools off way after the sun sets. Couldn't figure out the Jacuzzi but also couldn't imagine sitting in hot water....
