"Quirky and unusual property,perfectly situated for enjoying Dinan. Having the parking close by is a a real bonus. We thought the church bells might be a problem but quite the opposite. We will miss them!!"

"The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The position is perfect, just 50 metres from the ramparts and the spectacular view over the Rance Valley and the old port. The Basilica and the old town are just 5 minutes walk away. As mentioned in other reviews, parking can be a problem in Dinan but the owner allowed us to use her underground garage. "Place was lovely and tastefully decorated. It had all that you needed including washer and drying rack. Its location allowed you to go down to the port or up to the top without the full climb. The stairs are 2 flights to get up but we managed with our suitcases. Don’t let the stairs put you off, it is worth it when you get into the apartment. The parking was always available in the little parking area. It helped that we had a compact car though. If you had an SUV, it might be a bit tight. Loved...

"The apartment was in a great location. Outside courtyard was lovely as was the lounge. Difficulty in getting to the fridge and microwave unless you were under 3 feet! The bathroom should have a mat as the base was very slippery and it would help if there was a corner holder for shampoo etc. Massive difficulty closing the blinds in the velux windows. You need to have someone who speaks English when you arrive and communicate with. Didn't understanding charging for late arrival and late leaving as...
