Your holiday flat is located in a historic old granary in the town. The building is around 13 metres high, making it quite imposing. Nevertheless, it is not particularly conspicuous in the cityscape, as it is located in a cul-de-sac, albeit only a few steps away from the Pfeifer bookshop in Heiligegeiststraße. The warehouse was built in 1904, making it 112 years old. After much effort, it has now been converted into a residential building with 8 flats. During the renovation, great importance was attached to preserving the old building fabric and ecological construction.
